Resort Suite Guest Terms and Conditions

OCCUPANCY

CHECK-IN is between 4:00pm and 5:00pm

CHECK-OUT is at 10:00am. 

Check-in and Check-out times are strictly enforced.

Maximum occupancy per unit:

3-bedroom:  10 persons

2-bedroom:  8 persons

1-bedroom:  4 persons

Additional day guests at the resort are limited to no more than 2 persons at a time unless prior arrangements have been made with resort property management. 

Maximum occupancy restrictions are strictly enforced per township ordinance, as well as to provide the optimal experience for all Beach House guests.

 ***There are no phones in the resort suites. You will need to bring a cell phone for your stay.***

QUIET ENJOYMENT

All guests are entitled to quiet enjoyment of the resort suite for the duration of their stay. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

PARKING

Parking is limited to ONE (1) PARKING SPACES in the resort suite parking lot as well as the corresponding one-stall garage (one-bedroom does not have garage). Parking permits are required Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend and are provided at check-in. They need to be visible on your vehicle dashboard at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at guest’s expense. Parking is not permitted onLake Street, but is allowed over-night alongOttawa Beach Road facing NORTHEAST only.

SMOKING/PETS

The resort suites and resort grounds are NON-SMOKING and strictly enforced. No smoking is allowed anywhere in the resort suite or outside on resort property including patios, shuffleboard/basketball courts, parking lots, etc. Please refrain from smoking anywhere on resort property.

NO PETS of any kind shall be allowed in the resort suite or on the resort grounds. Failure to abide by this restriction will result in immediate eviction without prior notice and forfeiture of all prepaid fees and deposits.

If there is any evidence of smoking or pets in the resort suite, your credit card will be charged an automatic $300 fee for additional cleaning required.

AMENITIES

The resort suite includes use of the following on-site amenities:

Basketball and Shuffleboard court

Heated Swimming Pool and Hot Tub (open seasonally) – No lifeguard on duty

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have to cancel for any reason all funds received at the time of cancellation are nonrefundable unless we are able to rebook the dates in which case monies paid will be refunded minus a 25% service charge for nightly rentals, or a $300 service charge for weekly rentals. Transfers are commonly treated the same as cancellations. Exceptions can be made and are subject to a $50 transfer fee.

No refunds will be given for inclement weather or for any other circumstances beyond the control of The Beach House.

 All funds received at the time of unexpected late arrival or early departure are nonrefundable.
