• Two and three bedroom homes (Two Bedrooms max occupancy of 8 and three bedrooms max occupancy of 10– Please do not exceed capacity)
• Additional on-site parking available (space is limited and varies by unit, parking permits required)

Check-in information
• Friday check-ins/check-outs only (Sept – June check in days may vary)
• Check-in : 4:00 p.m. (Arrangements may be made for late arrivals)
• Check-out: 10:00 a.m.

Payment Information
• Visa and Mastercard accepted
• Until credit card payment is completed, rates are subject to change without notice
• Cancellation policy: All funds received at the time of cancellation are nonrefundable unless we rebook the dates in which case monies paid will be refunded minus a 25% service charge for nightly rentals, or a $300 service charge for weekly rentals. Transfers are commonly treated the same as cancellations. Exceptions are possible and subject to a $50 transfer fee. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or for any other circumstances beyond the control of The Beach House.
